What are these?

Our digital assets are designed to help photographers, videographers, and filmmakers alike add production value to their work through various sounds, presets, and overlay FX.

How do I receive my digital products?

Once paid, a download page will immedately be prompted for you. In addition, they will be sent to you via email.

My download link expired, what do I do?

Please email help@shophalcyon.com an email with your order #.

Are refunds available?

Unfortunately, since digital products can not be returned, all sales are final and refunds will not be available.

How do I install these?

Our overlays and SFX do not require any installation - they are simply audio and video files you would import the same way you would your footage. For our LUTs, each download includes a PDF file on how to install.

What software are these compatible with?

Our overlays and SFX are universal, as they are simply audio and video files. Our LUTs are compatible with all major programs like Premiere, FCP, Davinci, Vegas, Avid, etc.
